Located in an industrial area of Brookvale, NSW, this new micro-brewery will be built on a large site sharing its location with a luxury classic cars showroom, which is also under construction.
This innovative hospitality venue will open from early morning, through to late evening, catering for local workers, residents and businesses during the day, and becoming a destination venue for friends and family to enjoy a selection of craft beers and light meals in the evenings.
Making the most of the natural topography of the site, Jarjoura Design with Swerve Design, came up with a clever concept that utilises the sloping site to feature an intimate indoor seating space, with several expansive outdoor terrace spaces that flow over different levels. The creation of various seating pod designs on each level, allows customers the flexibility to enjoy smaller, more private meeting spaces, or larger more social areas.
The finished design which contrasts the industrial aesthetic of the micro-brewery itself, with the sleek, luxury showroom at the rear and the many levels of outdoor terraces between the buildings, sets this project apart from other breweries and provides a unique and engaging customer experience.
