Relish Foods is a chain of gourmet food stores located within shopping malls. Jarjoura Design was engaged to design the two Sydney stores. Although both stores are under the Relish Brand, The Leichhardt store had more of a homely look and feel, appealing to the local families whereas the Broadway store is colourful and bold to attract the offices’ workers within the area and to stand out from the surrounding neighbouring stores within the mall. The colours adopted were inspired by the natural, healthy and sometimes spicy ingredients presented on the food displayed.
